The Flu Vaccination Season for 2026 has now finished.
We will be providing both NHS and Private Flu Vaccination Service again starting from 1st October 2026.

FREE NHS Flu Vaccination
The Flu Vaccination Season for 2026 has started. We recommend that you have your flu vaccination as soon as possible.
We are offering a walk in service on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays ONLY.
On the day that you wish to have your Flu Vaccination please ring us to check we have enough vaccinations left and to ensure the Pharmacist on duty can do them.
You're eligible for a FREE NHS flu vaccine if:
- You're over 65 years old (including those turning 65 by 31 March 2027)
- Healthcare worker
- You're pregnant
- In a clinical risk group ( including but not limited to asthma or a lung condition, chronic heart disease, diabetes, chronic kidney or liver condition, stroke, immunosuppressed)
- Resident in a care home
- Carer
- Social care worker
- Household contact of someone immunosuppressed
- Homeless

Private Flu Vaccination
The Private Flu Vaccinations have started.
As this is not an NHS funded there is no need to register before you attend the pharmacy.
FREE NHS Flu Vaccination
Flu vaccination is available every year on the NHS to help protect adults and children at risk from flu and its complications.
Flu can be unpleasant, but if you're otherwise healthy, it'll usually clear up on its own in about a week.
But flu can be more severe in certain people, such as:
- pregnant women
- children and adults with an underlying health condition (such as long-term heart or respiratory disease)
- children and adults with weakened immune systems
Anyone in these risk groups is more likely to develop potentially serious complications of flu, such as pneumonia (a lung infection), so it's recommended that they have a flu vaccine every year to help protect them.
